This is a great hotel. I was a guest here and suddenly had problems with my visa card. We tried everything and Chase Visa was not helping..... So the kind people at this hotel gave me a free room. They did not ditch me as soon as I was having trouble with my card. They gave me a complimentary room! This is a hotel with CLASS. NH Schiller Hotel is and will always be my favorite hotel in Amsterdam.Date of Stay: May 2008
